About the Role
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in Amazon design with a keen eye for branding and conversion optimization. Your designs will directly drive click-through and conversion rates, as well as brand perception, for our private-label and D2C clients across the Amazon marketplace.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Design high-converting listing images (main + secondary infographic images)
Create A+ Content and Enhanced Brand Content layouts for client brands
Build Amazon Storefronts, brand story modules, and Sponsored Brand creatives from scratch
Develop A/B test variants to improve CTR, CVR, and overall brand growth continuously
Design sponsored ad creatives and promotional banners aligned with campaign strategy
Collaborate with PPC specialists, copywriters, and account managers on cohesive campaigns
Adapt all assets for mobile and desktop viewing experiences on Amazon
Conduct competitor visual analysis and market research for client categories
Iterate designs based on performance data, including CTR, CVR, AOV, and LTV metrics
TECHNICAL SKILL SET
Proven experience creating Amazon A+ Content, Storefronts, product images, and Sponsored Brand creatives
Mastery of Amazon design guidelines β dimensions, resolution, file formats, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools for producing high-quality creatives efficiently
Deep understanding of brand storytelling through visuals β engaging lifestyle imagery, infographics, and feature callouts that drive CTR and conversions
Experience conducting A/B tests on creatives and iterating based on performance data to optimize CTR, CVR, and brand growth
Knowledge of how design influences the customer journey and Amazon performance metrics like AOV and LTV
Technical knowledge of file formats, image sizing, naming conventions, and Amazon asset upload requirements
Experience with Amazonβs Manage Your Experiments tool for structured creative testing
