About the Role We are seeking an Analytics Engineer to work with marketing data in a contract-to-hire position. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into production-ready data solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain data models using SQL and Snowflake • Analyze and interpret marketing data from Google Analytics • Implement data solutions for retail and e-commerce marketing • Review, debug, and troubleshoot Python code • Validate data through API documentation and testing • Utilize Git, CI/CD, and version control systems • Work with CDP and Customer 360 platforms • Communicate effectively with stakeholders Requirements • Advanced SQL and Snowflake data modeling experience • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics • Background in retail or e-commerce marketing data • Python coding, review, and troubleshooting skills • API documentation and data validation experience • Git, CI/CD, and version control proficiency • CDP and Customer 360 platform experience • Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities • Experience with AI-assisted development tools
