About the Role We are looking for an Android Developer to join our team for a contract-to-hire position. This role focuses on building secure, high-performance mobile applications. Key Responsibilities • Build secure, high-performance mobile applications • Implement core Kotlin features including coroutines and Flow • Utilize MVVM/MVI architecture and state hoisting • Implement dependency injection • Work with Jetpack Compose for UI development • Ensure security features for fintech/banking/healthcare apps • Conduct testing and CI/CD processes Requirements • 5+ years of experience with Android development • Expertise in Kotlin (coroutines, Flow) and ability to read Java • Experience with MVVM/MVI architecture • Knowledge of state hoisting and dependency injection • Familiarity with Jetpack Compose • Background in fintech/banking/healthcare apps (biometric auth, secure storage, OAuth 2.0) • Experience with JUnit, Compose UI testing, Gradle Kotlin DSL, and GitLab CI
