Every game that ships carries our name, which means craft and follow-through are paramount. The role Casino games live or die on feel, and feel is mostly motion. You will animate everything from the smallest symbol wobble to full-screen win sequences, character reactions, bonus feature reveals, and the particle and FX work that turns a payout into a moment. You will work across 2D and 3D pipelines, and you will care as much about timing and easing as you do about the art itself. A win should feel like a win. What you will do Animate slot symbols from idle loops to win states, across classic and premium symbol sets.Build character animation for original games: win reactions, feature triggers, story moments.Design and execute FX: coin showers, explosions, particle systems, screen transitions, big-win celebrations.Own the motion language of a game. Timing, easing, anticipation, payoff.Prep animations for engine. Work closely with engineers so what you design is what ships.Contribute marketing motion when we need it: short clips for operators, pitch decks, and social.Partner with the 2D artist, 3D character artist, and engineers so the whole game feels like one piece. What you will bring 3+ years animating in production. Games, mobile apps, or high-volume motion studios all count.A reel that shows range: 2D skeletal character animation, motion graphics, and something with real timing and juice we will actually feel.Deep After Effects. You know the plugins that matter and you know when not to use them.Strong 2D skeletal animation chops in Spine, DragonBones, or Rive. Bonus if you have exported any of this into a live product.Comfort animating in 3D, Blender at minimum. Maya or other DCCs welcome.Game engine animation understanding: state machines, export formats, performance budgets on web and mobile.A real respect for timing. You can explain why your 18-frame easing feels better than the 12-frame version.Fluent with modern AI tools in your daily workflow. Runway, Pika, Kling, Cascadeur for physics-assisted keyframing, AI rotoscoping and inbetweening. You use them to move faster without sacrificing timing, weight, and feel.A fast, reliable production cadence. You plan your files, hit your dates, and do not leave messes for the next person. Bonus points Houdini for FX and simulations.Rive for interactive motion, especially anything web-facing.Lottie and Bodymo
