About the Role We are looking for an experienced Appian Developer to join our team and support a high-profile federal client on mission-critical application development. Key Responsibilities • Lead development of Appian BPM applications • Implement Process Models and Application Configuration • Integrate with Java/J2EE and Web Services • Develop REST APIs and work with JSON, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Perform Appian performance tuning and troubleshooting • Lead and mentor development teams Requirements • 10+ years of hands-on Appian BPM development experience • Strong expertise in Appian SAIL, Process Models, and Application Configuration • 5+ years of Java/J2EE and Web Services integration experience • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Appian performance tuning and troubleshooting skills • BPM specifications and legacy system integration experience • Experience leading and mentoring development teams • Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance • Must have resided in the U.S. for at least 3 of the last 5 years • Public Trust badge required before starting
