About the Role We are looking for a strong Appian Lead Developer / Architect with proven hands-on implementation, architecture, troubleshooting, and team leadership experience. Key Responsibilities • Lead development teams and deliver complex enterprise applications • Independently manage development and production support during US business hours • Define automation architecture and identify process automation opportunities Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Appian development, architecture, and solution design • Strong expertise in Appian Designer, SAIL interfaces, Smart Services, workflows, and integrations • Proven experience leading development teams • Hands-on troubleshooting and implementation skills • Strong experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism • Knowledge of enterprise integrations, Java, JavaScript, and SQL • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
