About the Role We are seeking an Application Architect with expertise in AI-led resiliency and modernization to join our team. This role focuses on improving application reliability, scalability, and performance through innovative architecture and modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Architect with strong expertise in application resiliency, modernization, observability, and performance engineering • Apply AI, Agentic AI, Spec-Driven Development, Prompt Engineering, and AI-assisted development to accelerate engineering outcomes • Lead enterprise-wide assessments and drive measurable engineering improvements through architecture and modernization initiatives Requirements • 15+ years of experience in application architecture • Strong expertise in AI, Agentic AI, and AI Development • Experience with Prompt Engineering and .NET Development • Knowledge of application resiliency, modernization, observability, and performance engineering • Ability to lead enterprise-wide assessments and drive measurable engineering improvements
