About the Role MTA is seeking an experienced Application Architect to lead AI agentic and integration initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in enterprise architecture and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement agentic AI solutions using LLMs and multi-agent orchestration • Develop API-led and event-driven integration architectures • Ensure compliance with NIST AI RMF, CIS, and ISO 27001 standards • Lead application modernization efforts and enterprise security frameworks • Establish and maintain architecture standards and reference architectures Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Application/Enterprise Architecture • Proven experience with enterprise AI implementations • Strong expertise in API/integration architecture • Excellent stakeholder communication skills • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments • Knowledge of AI security, governance, and observability Benefits • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies • Hybrid work model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote • Potential for professional growth and leadership opportunities
