About the Role We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our team for a 12-month contract with potential extension. This role requires expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and DevOps technologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot • Implement REST APIs and ensure proper integration • Manage dependencies using Maven • Migrate applications from JBoss to WildFly • Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes and Amazon EKS • Ensure application security and performance tuning • Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with the team Requirements • Strong experience with Java, Jakarta EE, Spring & Spring Boot • Expertise in Maven and dependency management • REST API development and integration • Experience with JBoss to WildFly migration • Knowledge of Kubernetes and Amazon EKS • Application security, vulnerability remediation, and performance tuning • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
