About the Role We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our agile software engineering team. This role involves building scalable software applications across all digital channels to serve our customers, with a focus on enterprise-wide architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities • Monitor work against production schedule and provide progress updates • Report any issues or technical difficulties to lead developers • Mentor associate and intermediate software engineers as needed • Participate in every aspect of the software application build process from idea generation to development Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field • 5-10 years’ proficiency in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns • 5-10 years in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, ACE, IIB/ITX, Informatica preferred) • Experience with at least two of: React, Angular v4+, NodeJS, NoSQL databases, HTML5, CSS, Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services • 5-10 years of understanding of web services technologies such as REST, HTTPS, JSON • Experience with Claude Code or Google Gemini
