About the Role We are looking for driven, goal-oriented Appointment Setters to join Real Entrepreneur Women. This is a remote opportunity for Australia-based applicants focused on helping women build successful businesses. Key Responsibilities • Work with warm leads across high-ticket programs • Build relationships and qualify prospects • Help women take their next step towards building successful businesses Requirements • Motivated by goals, KPIs and achieving results • Takes initiative, follows through and owns their performance • Confident on the phone and brilliant at building rapport • Resilient, coachable and always looking to improve • Organised, comfortable with CRM systems and consistent with follow-up • Wants to grow professionally while helping women succeed in business The opportunity is a contractor role with retainer + commission, requiring full-time availability preferred, with flexibility for the right candidate.
