About the Role We are seeking an experienced Apriso MES Support professional to ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of Apriso across production environments. Key Responsibilities • Monitor Apriso MES system health and ensure reliable production operations • Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and system issues • Provide day-to-day operational support to end users • Collaborate with IT, operations, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges • Perform system maintenance, configuration changes, and application updates • Support testing, validation, and deployments with minimal disruption to manufacturing operations • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to system performance and reliability • Escalate complex or high-priority issues when required Requirements • Experience supporting or maintaining Apriso MES • Strong application troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments • Experience with system maintenance, configuration, testing, and deployment support • Strong communication and collaboration skills
