About the Role We are seeking an experienced AS400/RPG Developer to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama. This role involves developing, maintaining, and supporting business-critical applications on the IBM AS400/iSeries platform. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain applications using RPG/400, ILE RPG, SQLRPGLE, and CL/400 • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues • Perform testing and documentation • Support business-critical applications • Implement changes using Aldon Change Management Requirements • 10+ years of experience with IBM AS400/iSeries • Strong experience in RPG/400, ILE RPG, SQLRPGLE, and CL/400 • Experience in application development, maintenance, and production support • Troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and documentation skills • Must currently reside in Alabama and be willing to work onsite in Montgomery • No visa sponsorship available • Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills
