About the Role We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Platform Administrator & AI Solutions Engineer to manage, administer, and optimize Atlassian Cloud platforms while integrating AI-powered solutions to improve enterprise productivity and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities • Administer and maintain Atlassian Cloud environments, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence • Configure workflows, custom fields, screens, permissions, schemes, automation rules, and project settings • Manage user access, groups, roles, security policies, and platform governance • Develop and maintain integrations between Atlassian tools and enterprise applications using REST APIs and webhooks • Implement AI-powered solutions using GenAI, ChatGPT Enterprise, and related technologies to improve productivity and automate workflows • Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into Jira and Confluence processes • Support platform upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incident resolution • Establish administration standards, documentation, and best practices • Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and IT operations to deliver scalable solutions Requirements • 6–8 years of experience in Atlassian administration, platform engineering, or related roles • Strong hands-on experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence • Expertise in Atlassian Cloud administration, workflow customization, permissions, and automation • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, scripting, and third-party integrations • Understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered workflow automation • Experience integrating AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise into business processes • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
