About the Role Integrated BI Solutions Inc. (IBIS) is seeking an experienced Automation Architect to design, develop, and lead enterprise test automation frameworks supporting a federal program. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop enterprise test automation frameworks • Lead technical strategy for automation initiatives • Implement and maintain automation solutions for REST APIs and databases • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership • Ensure automation frameworks align with Agile/Scrum methodologies Requirements • Expertise in Core Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Selenium Grid • Strong experience with Cucumber, Gherkin, BDD, and TDD practices • Proficiency in JUnit, TestNG, Maven, and automation framework architecture • REST API testing with REST Assured, SOAP UI, and Parasoft • Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or UiPath • Jenkins CI/CD and automated regression testing knowledge • SQL proficiency with PostgreSQL, Oracle, or DB2 • Agile/Scrum methodologies experience • Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities Benefits • Permanent full-time employment • Opportunity to work on federal programs • Potential for professional growth and leadership roles
