About the Role We are looking for an Automation Engineer specializing in Ansible to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining production-ready automation solutions for server provisioning and management. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain production-ready Ansible automation • Automate Linux and Windows server provisioning, patching, hardening, and decommissioning • Manage Ansible Automation Platform configurations, workflows, and access controls • Migrate legacy automation tools such as Puppet, Chef, and shell scripts to Ansible • Integrate automation with virtualization platforms, ServiceNow, and CI/CD pipelines • Maintain code quality, testing standards, documentation, and version control Requirements • 4+ years of Infrastructure Engineering / Systems Administration experience • 2+ years of hands-on Ansible Automation development • 4+ years of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) experience • Strong knowledge of Ansible Playbooks, Roles, Collections, Jinja2, Dynamic Inventories, and Ansible Vault • Proficiency in Git, Python and/or Bash scripting • Strong understanding of server administration, networking, storage, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization
