Automation Engineer

We are looking for a sharp, motivated full-time candidate with a strong background in computer science, engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science to help build and deploy automation systems inside a growing real estate business. Candidates must have completed a college degree and must currently be pursuing, or have already completed, a master’s degree in data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer science, engineering, or a related technical field. Preference will be given to applicants who have completed internships or hands on work experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or Automation Engineer. This is a full-time position centered around improving how we deliver value to homeowners through better data, smarter marketing, and more responsive communication. You will help build systems that connect multiple data sources, automate outreach, and enhance the client experience from first contact through sale. You will also play a role in helping develop and monetize AI driven programs and automation platforms across multiple businesses. You will contribute to projects across: • A real estate company focused on marketing, automation, and customer experience • An entertainment business focused on booking and customer automation • An SEO and AI company helping businesses improve online visibility • A note acquisition company that works directly with banks and credit unions What you will work on: • Setting up OpenClaw and managing AI workflows • Connecting APIs and integrating multiple data sources • Building automations inside a CRM (Go High Level preferred) • Web scraping, contact enrichment, and data organization • Creating workflows that improve lead response and marketing • Assisting with setup and management of a dedicated in office server environment • Helping develop systems and AI products that can be monetized and scaled Ideal candidate: • Bachelor’s degree completed • Currently pursuing or have completed a master’s degree in a related technical field • Previous internship experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or related role preferred • Strong interest in AI, automation, and real-world business applications • Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and workflow automation • Comfortable working with multiple data sets and systems • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently This is a hands-on opportunity to build systems that are actively used in real businesses and have direct impact across multiple industries.
