About the Role We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer with strong experience in software QA, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD integration. The ideal candidate will develop scalable automation solutions, perform API and database testing, support cloud-based testing, and leverage AI-assisted testing tools to improve quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain reusable test automation frameworks. • Automate testing for web, mobile, APIs, microservices, databases, and ETL applications. • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support reliable releases. • Perform API, SQL, backend validation, and performance testing. • Manage test cases, defects, test data, and technical documentation. • Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Cloud, and Business teams. • Mentor team members and evaluate emerging automation and AI testing tools. Requirements • 8+ years of software QA and test automation experience. • Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python. • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks such as Page Object Model (POM). • Experience with REST APIs, Postman, and SQL/database testing. • CI/CD experience with Jenkins, AWS, or similar tools. • Knowledge of AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and Unix/Linux scripting. • Experience with Jira, Xray, test planning, and defect management. • Working knowledge of Generative AI and AI-assisted testing tools. • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Education • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
