About the Role We are seeking an Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation solutions within investment operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong UiPath RPA expertise, React-based frontend development, and AI/LLM integration skills. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions using UiPath and RPA best practices • Monitor production bots, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure operational stability • Evaluate business requirements and determine the best approach using RPA, AI, or hybrid automation • Develop React and TypeScript-based interfaces and integrate REST APIs • Integrate LLM services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude, including RAG and function calling • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Product Owners on requirements, sprint planning, and delivery • Maintain technical documentation, architecture standards, and CI/CD workflows • Mentor engineers and support the adoption of emerging automation and AI technologies Requirements • Hands-on UiPath development and RPA architecture experience • Strong React 18+ and TypeScript skills • Experience integrating LLM/AI APIs and REST APIs • Production support, incident management, and root cause analysis • GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Jira, and Agile/SAFe delivery experience • Availability during core US Eastern Time (EST/EDT) business hours
