About the Role We are looking for an Automation Lead to join our QA team. This role focuses on leading automation efforts and backend testing for a 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities • Lead offshore QA team • Perform backend testing and database validation • Conduct API testing using Postman • Utilize JIRA and OpenText ALM Octane for test management • Perform debugging and root cause analysis Requirements • 5+ years of experience in QA (Manual & Automation) • 4+ years of experience in Backend Testing, SQL & Database Validation • 4+ years of experience in Postman / API Testing • Experience in Offshore QA Team Leadership • Proficiency in JIRA & OpenText ALM Octane • Strong Debugging, RCA & Communication Skills
