About the Role We are seeking an experienced AWS Application Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing technical support for AWS applications and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities • Provide production support for AWS applications • Troubleshoot SQL and database issues • Support Python and Java applications • Manage incident response and RCA processes • Monitor AWS services and infrastructure Requirements • 8+ years of experience in application support • Strong knowledge of AWS services (S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, ECS) • Experience with SQL and database troubleshooting • Proficiency in Python or Java application support • Understanding of REST APIs and production support • Basic knowledge of GitLab, CI/CD, and Terraform Good to Have • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira • Knowledge of data masking techniques
