About the Role We are looking for an exceptional AWS Cloud Architect to join our team. This role focuses on driving secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized cloud environments while contributing to cloud strategy, architecture governance, security, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized multi-account AWS environments • Lead enterprise cloud strategy, architecture governance, and AWS transformation initiatives • Architect solutions using AWS Organizations, Control Tower, IAM, VPC, Transit Gateway, EC2, S3, RDS/Aurora, Lambda, EKS/ECS, and other AWS services • Apply the AWS Well-Architected Framework across architecture, security, reliability, performance, cost, and operational excellence • Drive cloud migration, modernization, disaster recovery, security, compliance, and reliability initiatives • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation • Establish CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, container platforms, and Git-based engineering practices • Implement monitoring, governance, auditing, and security controls using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config, Security Hub, and related services • Promote FinOps practices and optimize cloud performance, utilization, and operational efficiency • Engage with stakeholders and executives to communicate architecture decisions, cloud strategy, and transformation roadmaps • Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices across AWS architecture, operations, and security Requirements • 8+ years of experience in AWS architecture and enterprise cloud design • Current AWS Golden Jacket recognition • Expertise in AWS Organizations and Control Tower • Strong knowledge of IAM, VPC, Transit Gateway, EC2, S3, RDS/Aurora • Experience with Lambda, EKS/ECS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config, and Security Hub • Proficiency in Terraform and CloudFormation • Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, Git, containers, and automation skills • Cloud migration and modernization experience • Disaster recovery, security, compliance, and reliability engineering knowledge • Understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework • FinOps and cloud cost optimization experience • Architecture governance and stakeholder management skills • Mentoring and executive-level communication abilities
