Job Title: AWS Data Engineer with AI skills Location: Charlotte , NC (2 days a Week ) *Final round In person for sure look for locals* Long term Contract Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with strong experience in AWS cloud services and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines, manage cloud-based data platforms, and support AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines. • Build and manage data lakes/data warehouses on AWS. • Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. • Implement data ingestion using batch and real-time streaming frameworks. • Integrate AI/ML models into production data pipelines. • Optimize performance, reliability, and cost of AWS data solutions. • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Engineering teams. • Ensure data quality, governance, and security compliance. Required Skills: • Strong experience in Python, SQL, PySpark • Hands-on experience with AWS services: • Experience with Apache Spark, Airflow, Kafka • Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools • Strong understanding of REST APIs AI / ML Skills: • Experience integrating ML models using SageMaker • Knowledge of NLP / Generative AI / LLM concepts • Experience with vector databases or embeddings is a plus • Familiarity with prompt engineering / AI workflows Email [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
