About the Role We are seeking an AWS Data Engineer with PostgreSQL expertise to join our team. This role involves creating and maintaining data pipelines and monitoring database performance. Key Responsibilities • Create data pipelines using ETL/ELT methodologies • Monitor PostgreSQL RDS instances for performance, availability, and resource utilization • Identify performance bottlenecks in PostgreSQL RDS and apply basic performance tuning techniques • Monitor the health and performance of Debezium and Kafka Connect connectors • Monitor ETL workflows and data pipelines for errors and performance bottlenecks Requirements • Extensive experience in PostgreSQL and AWS • Previous experience creating data pipelines (ETL/ELT) • Knowledge of monitoring tools like CloudWatch and Prometheus • Experience with Debezium and Kafka Connect connectors
