About the Role We are seeking an experienced AWS DevOps/Cloud Engineer to lead the end-to-end migration of Release Bot from a legacy AWS development environment to a production AWS account. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, CI/CD automation, production deployments, integrations, and cloud operations. Key Responsibilities • Design, configure, and deploy AWS production infrastructure • Migrate AWS Lambda functions, API Gateway endpoints, configurations, and integrations from development to production • Configure IAM roles, permissions, environment variables, secrets, and logging • Develop and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows and deployment automation • Validate Slack application integrations, Jira webhooks, and GitHub configurations • Execute smoke testing, integration testing, and end-to-end release validation • Manage production cutover, maintain rollback procedures, and ensure minimal disruption • Configure and validate Datadog monitoring and observability • Rotate credentials securely and decommission legacy AWS resources • Maintain implementation documentation, test evidence, change records, and operational support guides • Collaborate with CloudOps/SRE teams, application owners, and cross-functional stakeholders Requirements • AWS Lambda and API Gateway • AWS IAM and access management • GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment automation • Datadog and application monitoring • Slack integrations and Jira webhooks • AWS production migration and release management • Troubleshooting, testing, and rollback planning
