About the Role We are looking for an AWS Engineer / Developer to join our team working with Genesys Cloud CX. This role focuses on developing and supporting cloud applications using AWS services. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain AWS-based applications • Implement serverless and event-driven architectures • Integrate AWS-hosted applications with Genesys or contact-center platforms • Monitor, log, troubleshoot, and provide production support • Work with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and application integrations Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in AWS development, engineering, and cloud application support • Experience with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, EventBridge • Programming experience with Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or similar • Hands-on experience with Genesys, preferably Genesys Cloud CX • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and application integrations • Experience with monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and production support
