About the Role We are looking for an experienced AWS Tech Lead Development Engineer to join our team. This role requires 10+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities • Lead technical architecture, design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications • Design and develop scalable microservices and distributed systems using Java and Spring Boot • Build, maintain, and optimize AWS-based data pipelines and ETL workloads • Implement reusable data ingestion, transformation, storage, and delivery patterns • Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and IaC practices • Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable deployments • Assess systems against the AWS Well-Architected Framework, focusing on Operational Excellence, reliability, and scalability • Troubleshoot performance issues, pipeline failures, data quality, logging, and monitoring • Conduct code and design reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams Requirements • 10+ years of software development experience • Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS • Experience designing high-volume, scalable, distributed, and multi-tenant systems • Proven experience with cloud deployments, Terraform, CI/CD, and data engineering workflows • Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
