About the Role We are looking for an experienced Azure Architect to join our team for a contract role focused on MIM modernization and Microsoft Entra ID. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Azure architecture for identity solutions • Lead MIM modernization, migration, and replacement projects • Develop and maintain identity governance frameworks • Integrate identity platforms with enterprise applications • Provide technical leadership and troubleshoot complex identity issues Requirements • 10+ years of overall experience in IT / Identity & Access Management (IAM) • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) • Mandatory PowerShell scripting for MIM and Microsoft Entra ID • Proven experience in MIM/FIM Modernization, Migration & Replacement Projects • Strong expertise in Azure Architecture & Cloud-Native Identity Solutions • Experience with Identity Governance, Lifecycle Management & Automated Provisioning • Strong knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, RBAC & Zero Trust • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs & JSON • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps & Azure Automation • Knowledge of Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Application Insights & Microsoft Sentinel • Strong expertise in Active Directory, AD LDS & Hybrid Identity Architecture • Experience integrating identity platforms with Workday, Student Information Systems (SIS), ERP & enterprise applications • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep or ARM) • Excellent architecture, troubleshooting, stakeholder-management & technical leadership skills
