About the Role We are urgently hiring a Senior Azure Architect to lead MIM modernization and Microsoft Entra ID projects. This role requires extensive experience in identity management and migration. Key Responsibilities • Lead MIM-to-Entra ID modernization and migration projects • Develop and implement identity automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API • Troubleshoot complex identity synchronization issues and attribute mismatches • Design and implement end-to-end identity solutions for enterprise applications • Integrate identity systems with HR, ERP, and SIS platforms Requirements • 10+ years of experience in identity management and Azure architecture • Expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) scripting, customization, and troubleshooting • Strong PowerShell scripting skills • Experience with MIM-to-Entra ID modernization and migration • Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra Connect, and hybrid identity solutions • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and identity lifecycle automation • Experience with identity provisioning, synchronization, attribute mapping, and reconciliation • Understanding of SSO, MFA, SAML, OIDC, Conditional Access, RBAC, and PIM • End-to-end identity implementation experience, not just production support • Experience with large-scale identity migrations (10,000+ user accounts) • Experience with complex identity scenarios and enterprise application integrations
