About the Role We are seeking an experienced Azure Architect to lead enterprise identity modernization from MIM to Microsoft Entra ID. This role involves designing and implementing hybrid identity architecture and migration strategies. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise identity modernization from MIM to Microsoft Entra ID • Design and implement hybrid identity architecture and migration strategies • Develop PowerShell scripts and automate identity lifecycle management • Integrate enterprise applications such as Workday, Banner SIS and Active Directory • Troubleshoot complex identity synchronization, attribute mapping and provisioning issues • Implement enterprise security, access governance and Zero Trust practices Requirements • Strong hands-on implementation and identity migration experience • Candidates with only production support or maintenance experience will not be considered
