About the Role We are hiring a Senior Azure Architect to lead enterprise identity modernization, migrating legacy Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) environments to Microsoft Entra ID and Azure-native identity solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise identity modernization projects • Migrate legacy Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) environments to Microsoft Entra ID • Implement Azure-native identity solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve identity synchronization issues • Develop and automate identity lifecycle processes Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Azure IAM architecture • Deep hands-on experience with MIM and Entra ID • Strong PowerShell scripting skills • Experience with MIM-to-Entra ID modernization and migration • Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra Connect, and Cloud Sync • Experience with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and identity lifecycle automation • Understanding of identity provisioning, synchronization, attribute mapping, and reconciliation • Experience with SSO, MFA, SAML, OIDC, Conditional Access, RBAC, and PIM • End-to-end identity implementation experience • Large-scale identity migrations experience (10,000+ user accounts) • Experience with enterprise application integrations with HR, ERP, or SIS platforms • Independent troubleshooting of synchronization failures, attribute mismatches, certificates, and provisioning errors
