About the Role We are looking for an Azure Cloud Engineer to join our client's team. This role focuses on managing and implementing Microsoft Azure services for enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Azure services • Administer Office 365 services and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) including Entra ID • Create network and system topology documentation • Manage Azure Virtual Desktops and Power Apps platforms • Implement and maintain security measures including Key Vault and identity administration • Analyze cloud cost trends and deliver optimization recommendations Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure services • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience • Strong scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Python • Experience working in Windows environments (2019+) • Knowledge of server infrastructure, protocols, firewalls, certificates, and load balancers • Experience with networking, server administration (Windows/Linux), databases, and cloud environments • Familiarity with continuous integration tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, TFS) • Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or equivalent) • Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience with PCI or similar compliance frameworks • Azure certification (AZ-104, AZ305, or similar) preferred • Ability to communicate requirements and design concepts clearly • Experience with enterprise governance models • Position requires a fingerprint-based background check • Continued education is expected at the contractor's own expense to stay current with technologies
