About the Role We are looking for an experienced Azure Databricks Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining enterprise data engineering solutions using Azure cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement data solutions using Azure Databricks • Manage and optimize ADLS Gen2 and Azure Data Factory • Develop and maintain Databricks Workspace, Unity Catalog, and Delta Lake • Write Python, PySpark, SQL, and Java code for data processing • Perform Apache Spark performance tuning and optimization • Create and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines • Provide production support for data solutions • Implement Git, CI/CD pipelines, and workflow orchestration Requirements • Strong hands-on expertise in Azure cloud and Databricks • Experience with ADLS Gen2 and Azure Data Factory • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and/or Java • Knowledge of Apache Spark performance tuning • Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and production support • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and workflow orchestration Benefits • Long-term contract opportunity • W2 or 1099 contract options
