About the Role We are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team for a long-term role. This position focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation frameworks. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting enterprise application delivery and release management processes • Engineer deployment automation frameworks that improve release quality, consistency, scalability, and efficiency • Administer container platforms, Kubernetes environments, and supporting orchestration technologies • Enable development teams by improving build, test, deployment, and release workflows • Integrate automated testing, validation, security scanning, and compliance controls into delivery pipelines • Monitor platform health, deployment performance, and application reliability metrics to identify improvement opportunities • Resolve deployment failures, application delivery issues, and platform incidents through troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Implement DevOps best practices that improve software delivery speed, operational stability, and engineering productivity • Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver scalable and resilient technology solutions • Develop automation scripts and tooling using modern scripting and programming languages to reduce manual effort and operational risk • Maintain deployment standards, release procedures, operational documentation, and support runbooks • Evaluate emerging DevOps technologies and recommend improvements that enhance platform capabilities and software delivery processes • Mentor engineers and team members on DevOps methodologies, automation frameworks, and platform engineering practices
