About the Role We are looking for an Azure Solutions Architect to join Con Edison. This role involves leading architecture, design, and technical governance for an AI-powered enterprise application platform. Key Responsibilities • Lead architecture, design, and technical governance for an AI-powered enterprise application platform • Cover end-to-end solution design, AI governance, coding standards, and integrations with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and other enterprise systems • Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and conduct technical interviews Requirements • 12+ years of software development experience • 5+ years as a Technical Solutions Architect • End-to-end enterprise architecture on Azure using .NET and Angular • AI architecture experience: LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI workflows, prompt orchestration, model evaluation, Human-in-the-Loop controls • Deep knowledge of Azure services: App Service, Functions, AKS, Container Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Azure OpenAI • Experience designing for performance, HA/DR, cost optimization, security, and scalability • Integration design experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps • Coding standards leadership across C#, .NET, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, SQL, PowerShell, YAML • Azure DevOps pipeline strategy: static analysis, automated testing, security scans, code coverage Benefits • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies • Collaborative and innovative work environment
