π― What Youβll Own
β’ Define and research Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
β’ Build highly targeted prospect lists
β’ Target Directors, VPs & C-Level executives
β’ Execute cold email & LinkedIn outreach campaigns
β’ Create personalized multi-step sequences
β’ Run A/B tests to improve response rates
β’ Book qualified meetings to Happen
β’ Maintain CRM & weekly reporting
π§ What Weβre Looking For
β’ 1β3 years of B2B outbound / lead generation experience
β’ Experience working with product and/or service-based companies
β’ Exposure to US or Middle East markets preferred
β’ Strong written English communication
β’ Understanding of buyer personas, sales cycles & B2B funnels
π Tools Experience (Hands-On Required)
Experience with 2β3 of the following:
β’ LinkedIn Sales Navigator
β’ Apollo / ZoomInfo / Lusha
β’ Instantly / Smartlead / Lemlist
β’ HubSpot / Salesforce
β’ Google Sheets & CRM reporting
Bonus:
β’ Understanding of email deliverability best practices
β’ Experience handling no-shows & re-engagement
