About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer / Senior Backend AI Developer to join a dynamic engineering team building and scaling a production-grade Healthcare Conversational AI Platform. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable backend APIs using Python 3.12+ and FastAPI • Build multi-agent AI workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, or PydanticAI • Integrate LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google GenAI • Work with Azure services, including Cosmos DB, Key Vault, App Configuration, Event Hubs, and Application Insights • Implement prompt engineering, RAG patterns, AI guardrails, and safety mechanisms • Develop automated test suites using pytest • Support architectural decisions, code reviews, and production deployments Requirements • 5+ years of professional software development experience • Strong Python and FastAPI experience • Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks • Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and AI guardrails • Experience with Azure cloud services • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments • Knowledge of JWT/OAuth authentication and Apigee API security • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment
