About the Role We are looking for a Backend AI Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on developing AI agents and agentic workflows using LLM tool calling and prompt engineering. Key Responsibilities • Develop AI agents and agentic workflows • Implement prompt engineering and evaluation • Build backend systems using Node.js/TypeScript or Python • Design and implement REST APIs and event-driven services • Collaborate with Product and Business teams • Lead and manage an offshore development pod Requirements • 8+ years of experience with AI Agents and Agentic Workflows • Strong hands-on experience with LLM Tool Calling and Prompt Engineering • Backend development expertise in Node.js/TypeScript or Python • Experience with REST APIs and event-driven services • Strong collaboration skills with Product & Business teams • Ability to lead and manage an offshore development pod
