About the Role We are looking for a Backend AI Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on building AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows. Key Responsibilities • Build AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows • Design and implement LLM tool-calling, prompt engineering, and evaluation • Develop backend systems with Node.js/TypeScript or Python • Integrate REST APIs and event-driven services • Work with Product and Business stakeholders • Lead and coordinate offshore engineering teams Requirements • 7+ years of experience in backend development • Hands-on experience with AI Agents and Agentic AI • Strong expertise in LLM tool-calling, prompt engineering • Backend development experience with Node.js/TypeScript or Python • Experience integrating REST APIs and event-driven services • Ability to work with Product and Business stakeholders • Experience leading offshore engineering teams
