About the Role We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our team in Austin, TX. This role focuses on building and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications and services. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications and services • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture • Work with relational and NoSQL databases • Develop distributed systems and optimize performance • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing • Ensure application security, debugging, and troubleshooting Requirements • Strong backend development experience in Ruby on Rails, Java, and/or GoLang • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases • Understanding of distributed systems and performance optimization • Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing • Experience with application security, debugging, and troubleshooting
