About the Role We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our team for a 9+ month contract. This role requires strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable backend systems • Develop and maintain high-throughput, low-latency applications • Lead technical aspects of projects and provide technical guidance Requirements • 10+ years of backend development experience • Strong Java 17/21 and Spring Boot expertise • Expertise in Apache Kafka and distributed backend systems • Strong AWS, Python, SQL, and NoSQL experience • Experience building scalable, high-throughput, low-latency systems • Hands-on technical leadership experience Good to Have • Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, Conversational AI, or AI-powered applications • Familiarity with Databricks
