About the Role We are looking for experienced Senior Backend .NET Developers to join a team focused on modernizing healthcare technology and streamlining specialty-care prior authorization processes. Key Responsibilities • Develop backend applications using C# and .NET • Work with Microsoft Azure services including Virtual Machines, Functions, and Service Bus • Design and implement solutions for healthcare prior authorization processes • Maintain production-grade backend applications • Utilize AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET development • Experience with .NET Core and .NET Framework • Experience developing applications using ASP.NET MVC • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure • Experience deploying and supporting applications in Azure • Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience • Experience developing and maintaining production-grade backend applications Preferred Qualifications • Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI development tools • Experience improving coding efficiency through AI-assisted development • Test automation experience • Healthcare technology experience • Exposure to prior authorization or utilization management workflows
