About the Role We are looking for a skilled Backend .NET Developer to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role requires strong experience in Microsoft Azure integration services, event-driven architecture, and SQL Server. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement backend systems using .NET technologies • Integrate with Microsoft Azure services and event-driven architecture • Work with SQL Server databases and optimize database performance • Develop REST APIs and microservices • Utilize Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management Requirements • 7–8+ years of .NET development experience • Strong C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web API skills • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services • Azure Service Bus experience • Strong SQL Server and database optimization skills • REST APIs, JSON, and microservices experience • Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management experience • Experience with messaging systems and event-driven architecture Important Notes Local candidates only are required, with a commitment to work onsite 3 days per week in Westchester, IL. Only backend developers are being considered for this individual contributor role. Candidates must be available for two in-person interviews.
