About the Role We are looking for a Backend Node Developer to join our team at Booz Allen. This role involves designing, modifying, developing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods and the latest architectural approaches. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement software programming applications using Agile methods • Develop backend systems using Node Express or NestJS • Work with Database Design, including MongoDB or SQL • Engage with customers to interpret requirements and architect solutions • Utilize container and container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Requirements • 4+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications • 4+ years of experience in software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks • 2+ years of experience with Node Express or NestJS backend development • Experience with Database Design, including MongoDB or SQL • Experience with container and container orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes • Experience engaging with customers to interpret requirements and architect solutions • Secret clearance • Bachelors degree
