About the Role
Hexowas Technologies Ldt is looking for a reliable and experienced Backfill Engineer for an immediate onsite IT support assignment in Bangkok, Thailand. This role requires a hands-on IT professional who can provide dependable end-user support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide onsite desktop and end-user IT support
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Support laptop, desktop and peripheral configurations
• Assist with IT incidents and service requests
• Coordinate with remote IT teams when required
• Maintain professional communication with end users
Requirements
• Relevant experience in onsite IT or desktop support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Available to join immediately
• Able to work onsite in Bangkok
