About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Background Screening Investigator to support background investigations, employment screening compliance, and HR/Legal coordination. Key Responsibilities • Review and investigate background check results. • Research discrepancies and analyze findings. • Support pre-adverse and post-adverse action processes. • Prepare investigation summaries and recommendations. • Partner with HR and Legal teams to ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and policies. • Track cases, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain confidential records. Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in background screening, onboarding, investigations, or research. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience. • Strong research, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
