Role: Bench Sales Recruiter Company: Menzotech India (Menzo Technologies Corp) Location: Tarnaka, Hyderabad - 500007 (Hybrid 2days) Experience: 3 to 5 years (some listings accept 2+ years) Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift / US Timings 9 AM – 6 PM EST) ( Monday to Friday night shifts) 1)Market bench candidates (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC) to direct clients and Tier-1 vendors. 2)Build and maintain a strong network with vendors and implementation partners. 3)Negotiate hourly rates with vendors to maximize company margins. 4)Proven experience in US IT Staffing and Bench Sales. 5)Strong understanding of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) 6)Ensure a high volume of daily submittals while maintaining quality to convert them into interviews. please send your resume below email id : [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
