About the Role We are looking for a BI & Campaign Analytics Specialist to join a Swiss bank in Zurich. This role involves working with banking data to create customer segmentation and campaign analytics. Key Responsibilities • Write complex SQL in a banking DWH, building customer segmentation and campaign selections • Build Qlik Sense apps, load scripts and data models from scratch • Analyse campaign performance across eBanking and digital channels • Work with CX and survey data, including sentiment analysis Requirements • Business-fluent German is essential • Must be based in Switzerland • Swiss retail banking knowledge (3a, wealth mandates, fee models) or dbt/Databricks experience • Experience with Caplena is a bonus
