About the Role We are looking for an experienced BI Solutions Developer to join our team. This role focuses on Tableau-to-Looker migration, dashboard modernization, and AI-powered BI solutions. Key Responsibilities • Hands-on experience migrating dashboards and reports from Tableau to Looker • Strong expertise in Looker dashboard development and data visualization • Identify and implement workarounds for Tableau features not natively supported in Looker • Build new Looker dashboards and modernize existing BI reports • Apply best practices for report retrofitting, migration, and optimization • Leverage AI tools to accelerate dashboard migration and development • Experience with AI capabilities in modern BI and reporting tools Requirements • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and BigQuery • Familiarity with GitHub, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, and Claude • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Must-Have: Hands-on Tableau-to-Looker migration experience
