About the Role We are looking for an experienced Big Data Test Manager to lead enterprise-level data testing, quality engineering, and test automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise-level data testing, quality engineering, and test automation initiatives • Manage Big Data or Data Engineering testing projects • Develop and implement test strategy, test planning, and quality metrics • Lead QA team and manage distributed QA teams • Ensure release readiness and quality standards Requirements • 8+ years of experience in QA/Testing, with strong Big Data Testing and Test Management experience • Proven experience leading Big Data or Data Engineering testing projects • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Experience managing distributed QA teams and enterprise Agile projects • Ability to drive test strategy, automation, quality metrics, and release readiness • Experience with Big Data Testing, ETL/ELT, Data Warehouse Testing, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Apache Spark, PySpark, Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, Delta Lake, SQL, Data Validation, Data Reconciliation, Data Quality Testing, Test Strategy, Test Planning, QA Team Leadership, Automation Testing, PyTest, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, API Testing, Postman, REST Assured, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Agile, BDD/TDD, Defect Management, and Stakeholder Communication
